Mr. Kotter was born in Canada. When he was just a puppy, he was found walking down the road with his brother. An animal hospital took him and his brother in and took care of them. My brother Josh adopted Mr.Kotter when he was about 6 months old. Mr.Kotter and Josh had many adventures. They moved all the way to Portland, Oregon and even took a vacation in New Foundland. When Kotter was about 3 years old, my brother got married and decided it was time to give Mr.Kotter a new home. Josh's nice mother took Mr.Kotter into her home, and Mr.Kotter has been very happy there ever since.
